4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

PAO Analytics is not responsible for decisions made based on the provided analysis.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are determined based on the scope and complexity of the work

  • Pricing may be provided in advance or agreed upon prior to commencement

  • Payment terms are specified at the time of agreement

Services may require full or partial payment in advance.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are processed online via an authorized third-party payment provider (Paynet).

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All transactions are securely processed through the provider’s system.

By completing a payment, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.

7. Payment Terms and Refund

A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of services. Final pricing is confirmed based on project scope prior to commencement.Due to the nature of the services provided, all work is customized and prepared based on client-specific requirements. By proceeding with a project and submitting the initial deposit, the client agrees that work will begin immediately. As such, amounts paid are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where services cannot be delivered.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on project scope

  • Delays may occur if required information is not provided in a timely manner

PAO Analytics will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All materials produced remain the intellectual property of PAO Analytics until full payment is received

  • Upon payment, the client may use the delivered materials for their intended purpose

Materials may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PAO Analytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

Use of the services and reliance on the results is at the client’s own discretion.

11. Confidentiality

PAO Analytics will treat client-provided information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except:

  • Where required by law

  • Where necessary for service delivery (e.g., technical providers)

12. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
